This exciting leadership position will have accountability for design, development and execution of the long-term product evolution of our next generation surgical robotics programme. You will join a world class team of engineers, clinicians, and venture builders to create the next innovation in robotic surgery.
- Responsibilities will include establishment and refinement of developmental scope, leveraging engineering and product development expertise, and project management skills to drive cross-functional teams for timely execution across lifecycle management
- Operates as the cross functional technical leader with strong expertise in all aspects of complex capital equipment development (including Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and Clinical)
- Work with teams on resource allocation with aggressive & feasible project timelines, to instill the best practices of product development
- Identify, initiate, establish and develop long-term strategic relationships and alliances with key organizational stakeholders
- Job responsibilities：

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience
- A proven product leader of innovation on multiple, multidisciplinary projects with experience in driving R&D development towards regulatory requirements and filing, and successful product launch
- Understanding of robotics, analytics, machine learning, data privacy, data visualization, and SW development
- Strong technical expertise in Class III medical device capital equipment development. Strong understanding of global regulatory and clinical requirements preferred
- Knowledge of FDA Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 13485, 510k and medical regulatory issues
- Start-up experience preferred but not necessary
- Experience in medtech and/or robotics development within Neuro space preferred
- Experience in developing endoluminal surgical products with advantage in endoluminal robotics preferred
